Regional Sales Manager. (South Midlands & South West)

With Practiced Based Commissioning gaining momentum within GP clusters, the need for validation of all secondary care charges and care pathway analysis is becoming a high priority. iQ Budget Manager and iQ PBC Manager are unique tools which undertake this task.

The successful candidate will have a good background of selling healthcare IT into the healthcare sector, particularly primary care. The person will be supported by a Technical Account Manager who together will create and deliver a strong ethos of customer service and support.

Technical Account Manager (North Midlands & North West)

Technical Account Managers combine technical expertise, excellent customer service and problem solving skills to support customers using various products supplied by iQ Medical.

In this role you will build successful long term relationships with our customers and enable them to meet their expectations while using iQ Medical products.

Your ideas, input, experience and account management skills will be critical to success.

As a Technical Account Manager you will collaborate with other internal functions to provide outstanding service and support, including sales, customer services and product development.

You are self-motivated and comfortable assuming responsibility for solving issues remotely from iQ Medicals head office.

You will use your account management skills to proactively build and manage day to day relationships with customers.

You will be required to travel and often spend multiple nights away from home, working throughout the London/South West/South East Regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with staff in General Practice in a given locality, ensuring that correct support is given on a one to one basis for the use of iQ Medical Software.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Support issues on site, with limited office support.
  • Provide on site training for groups of up to 10 individuals on use of iQ Medical Software.
  • Build and maintain strong Customer Relationships, working towards the Customer renewing software licenses year on year.
  • Liaise with iQ Medical head office staff, feedback on customers at both individual Practice level and as a Group of Practices.
